The records that stop it have been free to publish for years, and most domains still leave them switched to watch only, because tightening them too fast bounces real email. OuterMark exists to do that job properly: find every real sender, fix it, then tighten one safe step at a time, with a person deciding each step.

We built a scanner. It found our own weak spots.
OuterMark started as a tool we wrote for ourselves. We pointed it at our own domain first, and did not enjoy the result. So we fixed what it found, then kept building.
